Ballybryan National School.

Ballybryan Parent's Association have been very busy over the last number of years, raising much needed funds for the school, and organising various social events.

Christmas Raffle 2010 :
The Christmas Raffle was held on 17th of December at 1.30pm in the school hall.
We received great support from both the local businesses and parents in the school for the prizes. In total there were 42 prizes won. The total money raised for the school amounted to €3,239. This money will be used to further our children's education through the purchase of new equipment and books for the school.

Cake Sale / Bring & Buy Sale :
On Saturday 13th of May 2010 we held a cake sale /bring and buy sale in the school.
This event was a great success with huge support and participation from parents.

Card games :
Ballybryan Parent's Association also organise weekly card games in the school from October to Easter each year. Each week parents make and serve refreshments at the card games, which greatly adds to the nightly entertainment.

All of these fund raising events have contributed enormously in enhancing the appearance of our school and helped provide new resources for a recently constructed extension.
