Teachers

There are 5 mainstream teachers in Ballybryan School at the moment. Stephen Darby, a past pupil, is principal of the school since 1980.
Ms. Geraldine Murphy, also a past pupil started in 1982 while Ms. Terri Shanahan commenced her teaching career a year later in 1983.

Ms. Pauline Walshe joined the teaching staff in 2002 while Ms. Deirdre Kirwan joined the teaching staff in 2005. In Sept 2008, Linda Fitzgerald started as a learning support teacher in the school.

Other Staff

There are 2 Special Needs Assistants in Ballybryan N.S. - Marian Mulligan and Una Lawton. Our caretakers are Richard Glennon and Mary Jo Kilmurray, while Mary Jones is our school secretary. Hilda O'Sullivan teaches French to the Senior Classes as part of the Modern Language Project and Regina Mackin teaches computers.
